How this works

1. We email a confirmation link to the address used at checkout.
2. Follow it, so we know the request is yours.
3. Your refund is issued within two business days.

The reply is the same whether or not there is a matching purchase. Just cancelling? You don't need this page - sign in at billing to stop future payments and keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. Nothing is removed from your data either way - see the terms.
